Health & Wellbeing day

Come and join us at the Josiah Braithwaite Community Garden for a day of health and wellbeing as part of the National Park City Festival. Find out about growing salads, herbs and flowers by a window. Start the morning with an outdoor yoga session, find out about herbal teas, how to make a healing cream from flowers and many other activities. Children’s activities run through the day: Facepainting, Meet the mini-beasts in the garden, Plant a seed for the bees and butterflies to grow at home, Nature art.
